During the first 18 months of life, we highly recommend:

• Newborn- Less than 12 days old. and every 3 months for the 1st year.
• 12 months – Baby’s first “formal” clothing ensemble, plus the oh so popular “cake smash” portraits.
• 18 months – Great time to show the child’s developing personality.
• Annually – After 18 months, we suggest at least once a year, usually around their birthday.
• Did they achieve a huge goal or win an award? Let's photograph that time too.  

We offer several opportunities throughout the year. These sessions usually book up fast. Santa & Easter Sessions are the most popular.

Giggles & Grins is our Kids Portrait program. Good from Newborns through the age of 13. There are 2 different Enrollment Fees you can choose from.

The Basic: $125

• Unlimited number of studio sessions at half price! (including Family Sessions!)

• No Cake Smash Clean Up Fee! 
•  Priority scheduling for our “Limited Edition” portrait sessions throughout the year.

The Legacy - $350

Receive everything in The Basic Enrollment plus:

• The Legacy Portrait Box
• 1 matted 6x8 portrait from each Birthday Session.

To make your child's portrait session successful, here is what we have learned over the years.

• Only have 1 or 2 Adults in the studio/behind the photographer. The more people in the studio tends to distract & confuse kids on where to look and harder for them to follow simple directions.
• Kids 3 years and younger have a hard time focusing on the photographer when outside. With so many distractions around them, your session can go 2 ways, 1) get nothing because they can not concentrate & ends up crying or throwing a tantrum or 2) the session can go a lot longer than expected just to get that 1 good image. Warning this too can cause a tantrum.
• Bring a favorite toy. Use it in the session or to hold behind the photographer. 
• 1st Birthday Smash Cake Sessions incur a $25 clean up fee unless you are a Giggles & Grins Member. You bring your own cake. Cakes are not provided.
• Bright Colors and Patterns for clothes are perfectly acceptable. 
• Avoid scheduling a session before nap time/meal time for kids under the age of 4.
• If the child has not been to the studio before, bring them in a few days before the session to let them get familiar with not only the photographer but the enviroment. A "new to them" place can be scary. If they have been in just to "visit" before the session, it will make the session easier & happier.
